[ENG] Psallentes is currently hard at work rehearsing and recording for next year’s big production Liquescens. Featuring a full-length film by Brody Neuenschwander and Hendrik Vanden Abeele, and accomponied by live music, this production showcases the late-fifteenth century square notation, as seen in sources from Bruges and Ghent. [NL] Dezer dagen is Psallentes hard aan het werk, met repetities en opnames voor de grote productie Liquescens, in opdracht van het Brugse Concertgebouw (28 februari 2014). Een avondvullende film van Brody Neuenschwander en Hendrik Vanden Abeele zal er live van muziek voorzien worden. Liquescens laat de laatmiddeleeuwse zwarte kwadraatneumen in al hun glorie voor het voetlicht treden – weggeplukt uit prachtige Brugse en Gentse bronnen. Met gregoriaans en polyfonie. Meer info hier.
